A typical day

A day at the hotel, on one console

  1. Morning deliveries

Suppliers arrive at the service entrance. Staff-only doors open for them, and each delivery is checked on video.

  2. Afternoon arrivals

The car park reads arriving guests’ plates for valet, while the lobby is watched discreetly, with privacy masks where guests expect them.

  3. Evening

A guest reports a lost bag in the restaurant. The duty manager opens an incident, finds the moment on video and closes it with the clip attached.

  4. Night

A fire alarm on the fourth floor opens the cameras in its zone and starts the evacuation roles, while the fire panel stays in charge.

Questions

What hospitality teams ask

Can guest privacy be protected?

Yes. Privacy masks, role-based access to video and retention rules keep monitoring discreet.

How are incidents kept discreet?

Access to incidents and video follows roles, so only the people handling an incident see it, and every view is recorded in the audit trail.

Can it run across a group of hotels?

Yes. Each property runs on its own, and a group security team can see every property from one console.

Can staff attendance come from the badges they already use?

Yes. Attendance comes from access control badges, with no separate punch clocks, and reports cannot single out a person.

Does it work with our fire panels?

RCC supervises fire panels from EST, Simplex, Notifier, Siemens and others, and the fire panel stays in charge of life safety.
